Tortellini Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 #5 can Gluten-Free Tomato Soup
- 1 lb. Tortellini
- 6 Cups Low-Fat Milk
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Basil, dried and crushed
- Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Instructions:
- In a large pot, cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain.
- In a medium pot, combine tortellini, Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup, milk, salt, and basil. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
Chef's Tip:
Substitute milk for oat milk for added plant-based creaminess.
