This classic Chunky Marinara can be made in under 30 minutes with simple and fresh ingredients. Mix a #10 can of Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes, garlic, and onion to bring a great taste to this Foodservice sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Basil Leaf, dehydrated
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, granulated
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Onion, granulated
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar, granulated
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 3/4 tsp. Black Pepper, ground

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Place in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.

Serve on top of your favorite pasta!
