This authentic Mexican dish adds color to any dinner plate! Our Arroz Verde combines Foodservice Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes, spinach, green bell pepper, parsley, and jalapeno for this delicious burst of flavor and color!

Ingredients:
- 1 #10 can Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 24 Cups Spinach, packed
- 2 Cups Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 2 Cups White Onion, diced
- 1 Cup Fresh Parsley
- 1 Cup Fresh Cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Jalapeno, diced
- 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 16 Cups White Rice, cooked
Instructions:
- In a large food processor or blender, mix spinach, green pepper, onion, parsley, cilantro, jalapeno, and garlic until smooth.
- Combine mixture with cooked rice. Fold in Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes.
Chef's Tip:
Serve as a side dish with grilled eggplant steaks and zucchini slices!
