  • Combine all the ingredients into 4 large mugs and cover.
  • Cook in microwave on power 5 for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Carefully unwrap and stir. Cover again and cook an additional 2 minutes and 30 seconds on power 5. Stir.
  • Uncover and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Rice will be very hot. Allow to cool before enjoying.

Chef's Tip:

Perfect as a side dish!  Add a little crushed red pepper for some added heat!
