BBQ Beef Taquitos

Ingredients:
- 1 (165 oz.) jug Dei Fratelli Barbecue Sauce
- 15 lbs. Shredded Beef, cooked
- 10 lbs. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 6" Corn Tortillas, as needed
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as needed
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- In a skillet, combine Dei Fratelli Barbecue Sauce and beef over medium heat.
- Simmer the BBQ beef mixture for 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Place tortillas on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until warm.
- Remove tortillas from the oven and divide the BBQ beef mixture evenly between tortillas.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and roll each taquito as tightly as possible.
- Arrange rolled taquitos on baking sheets. Brush with olive oil and bake seam side down for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- You may need to bake in multiple batches.
Chef's Tip:
Use remaining Dei Fratelli Barbecue Sauce for dipping and drizzling!
