Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Tomatoes with Onion & Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Raw Almonds
- 2 Tbsp. Red Onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- Black Pepper , to taste
Instructions:
- Combine Dei Fratelli Chopped Tomatoes with Onion & Garlic with all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until slightly chunky.
