Mom's Homemade Meatloaf

Who doesn't love Mom's Homemade Meatloaf? With this classic recipe, that makes 35 servings, everyone will have the opportunity to taste this delicious meatloaf. This Foodservice recipe combines a #10 can of Tomato Sauce, 14 lbs. of ground beef, and breadcrumbs to make a meatloaf recipe that will have everyone wanting more.

Ingredients:
- 1 #10 can Tomato Sauce
- 14 lbs. Ground Beef
- 14 Eggs
- 1 3/4 Cups Bread Crumbs
- 1 3/4 Cups Onion, diced small
- 1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- In a large bowl, combine 6 cups of Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce with all ingredients. Reserve the remaining Tomato Sauce for later.
- Place the mixture in a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Remove meatloaf from oven and top with the remaining Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce.
- Place meatloaf back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite veggies and mashed potatoes!
Chef's Tip:
Need this recipe quicker? Try making our Mom’s Homemade Meatloaf in a sheet pan! Combine the mixture as normal and flatten the mixture onto a sheet pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 F or until fully cooked and cut into squares for serving!
