Tomato French Dressing

Our classic Tomato French Dressing is great as a salad dressing or as a dip for veggies! Combining a #5 can of Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup, red wine vinegar, and Tamari creates a fresh and classic dressing that is perfect for Foodservice. Before serving, let the dressing rest in the refrigerator overnight.

Ingredients:
- 1 #5 can Gluten-Free Tomato Soup
- 2 Cups Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Cup Vinegar
- 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Tamari
- 1/4 Cup White Onion, grated
- 5 tsp. Sea Salt
- 4 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 4 tsp. Capers, minced
- 4 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- 2 tsp. Onion Powder
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together. Let rest in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

Serve as a dressing with a salad, or as a dip with some fresh veggies.
