This is the perfect salad dressing or can be used as cold pasta dressing for Foodservice! Mix a #10 can of Tomato Puree, parmesan cheese, and lemon juice to create this flavorful dressing! After you are done mixing all ingredients, remember to leave it in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Tomato Puree
  • 2 Cups Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Black Pepper

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients together. Let rest in refrigeratior overnight before serving.

Use this as a traditional salad dressing or as a cold pasta dressing.
