Good Luck Greens and Tomtoes
Ingredients:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 bunch Collard Greens, remove stems
- 2 tsp. Hot Sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Gradually add greens and allow to slightly wilt, about 5 minutes. Stir continuously to evenly coat in oil.
- Add Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Sauté for 15-20 minutes, or until greens are tender and liquid has evaporated.
