Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 Cup Kalamata Olives, roughly chopped
- 1/4 Cup Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Mint, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
