Three Pepper Pizza

A classic pizza with Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce, 3 peppers, and mozzarella cheese all on top of a refrigerated pizza crust makes this vegetarian Three Pepper Pizza great for pizza night!

Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce
- 2 tubes Refrigerated Thin Pizza Crust
- 3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/2 Cup Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/2 Cup White Onion, diced
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Roll out each tube of pizza dough. Prebake according to package instructions.
- Remove from oven. Spread 1/2 can of Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce over each pizza crust, leaving about 1/2" all the way around for a crust.
- Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella on each pizza over the sauce. Top with 1/4 cup of each bell pepper and onion.
- Bake another 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

Substitute with your favorite gluten-free crust for a gluten-free alternative!
