Sauer Apple Sauce is a tangy and tart sauce perfect for your next snacktime. Made using Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, green and red apples, and cinnamon this homemade apple sauce is made for after school snacking!

Ingredients:
- 1 (14 oz.) can Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, drained
- 2 Cups Green Apple, peeled and chopped
- 2 Cups Red Apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2/3 tsp. Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 tsp. Ginger, ground
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cover with a lid. Cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
