Tomato Bread Pudding

This holiday classic is the perfect breakfast or dessert for your family brunch. Made with Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, cinnamon, and raisins, this bread pudding is just the seasonal treat needed to get you in the holiday spirit.

Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 4 Cups White Bread, cubed
- 1/4 Cup Butter, melted
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- In a small saucepan, stir together Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
- In a shallow, greased baking pan, toss together bread, butter, and raisins. Add tomato mixture and mix well. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Chef's Tip:
Garnish with powdered sugar.
