Cheesy Spaghetti with Hot Capicola
Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Whole Tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 oz. Hot Capicola, finely chopped
- 1 Cup White Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 lb. Spaghetti Pasta, cooked
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large saucepan. Add capicola and fry until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add onion and garlic to the saucepan and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, or until onions are tender.
- Turn heat down to low and add Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce and Dei Fratelli Whole Tomatoes. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. Add parmesan and spaghetti and toss together.
