Tomato Cornbread Stuffing

Add some flair to your stuffing with Tomato Cornbread Stuffing. Made with Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery, & Peppers, Cornbread Stuffing Mix, and Vegetable Stock, this vegetarian stuffing is a great addition to any Thanksgiving feast.

Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery, & Peppers
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 Cup White Onion, chopped
- 1 Cup Vegetable Stock
- 1 (6 oz.) Box Cornbread Stuffing Mix
Instructions:
- Melt butter over medium heat in a medium-sized saucepan. Add onions and sauté until browned and fried, about 5 minutes.
- Add vegetable stock and Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery, & Peppers. Combine and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add stuffing mix, and stir. Remove from heat and cover for 5 minutes. Remove lid and fluff with a fork before serving.
Chef's Tip:
Garnish with chopped white onion!
