Easy Rigatoni
Ingredients:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup White Onion, chopped
- 3/4 Cup Celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 lb. Rigatoni Pasta
Instructions:
- In a large saucepan, heat ground beef, onion, and celery over medium heat. Cook until beef is browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain grease.
- Add remaining ingredients, except pasta, and combine well. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- While sauce is simmering, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Once pasta has simmered, toss pasta directly into sauce. Allow the pasta to rest for at least 15 minutes before serving – the longer it sits, the better it gets!
