  • 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce
  • 3 Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as needed
  • Flour Tortillas, as needed
  • Cheddar Cheese, shredded, as needed

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Place your chicken breasts on a sheet tray and bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • You can also use a store bought rotisserie chicken, precooked shredded chicken, or even leftovers from a previous meal to speed up the cook time.
  • Once the chicken is fully cooked, begin shredding the chicken with a fork.
  • Add your shredded chicken to a pot on the stove with Dei Fratelli Sloppy Joe Sauce. Simmer over medium heat until the chicken is fully coated and the sauce is warmed.
  • In a skillet, add 1 Tbsp. of oil over medium heat.
  • Add a tortilla and top with 1/4 cup of your Sloppy Joe chicken and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Top with a second tortilla.
  • Let the bottom tortilla crisp up in the pan. Once the bottom tortilla's edges start turning golden brown, flip your quesadilla and begin cooking the other side.
  • Cook the other side of your quesadilla until the edges become golden brown. When cooked, place the Sloppy Joe Quesadilla on a plate and repeat with the remaining tortillas.
