Santa Fe Style Chili

This plant-based chili is the perfect dinner to warm you up! Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes are mixed with kidney, pinto, and black beans to create this protein-packed chili that has just the right amount of spice.

Ingredients

  • 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Pinto Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Corn drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Green Chiles chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. White Vinegar
  • 1 (1 oz.) packet Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 (1 oz.) packet Taco Seasoning

Instructions

  • In a large food processor, add Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes and pulse until all pieces are medium diced. Add to a large pot.
  • Add remaining ingredients to pot. Bring to a simmer. Cover and continue simmering for 20 minutes.

Notes

Garnish with fresh, sliced jalapeno.
