Roast Beef Noodle Bowl
Our Asian cuisine inspired Roast Beef Noodle Bowl is the perfect lunch to warm you up! Dei Fratelli Petite Deiced Tomatoes combines with sunflower oil, roast beef slices, ginger, and soba noodles for this tasty and delicious soup!

Ingredients
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes drained, pressed, and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Sunflower Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger minced
- 3 Tbsp. Scallions sliced thin
- 3 Tbsp. Tamari
- 4 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 (10 oz.) package Soba Noodles cooked
- 8 slices Roast Beef cooked rare and sliced thin
- White Onion sliced, for garnish
- Green Bell Pepper sliced, for garnish
- Pickled Ginger for garnish
Instructions
- Add sunflower oil to a medium-sized saucepan. Quickly sauté the garlic and ginger over medium-high heat until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Add the scallions and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
- Pour in Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes and tamari. Reduce slightly, about 5 minutes. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 8 minutes.
- Pour broth over soba noodles and garnish with roast beef, onion, pepper, and pickled ginger.
Notes
Slice up more scallions for garnish!
