1(14.5 oz.) canDei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained, pressed, and chopped
1Tbsp.Sunflower Oil
1Tbsp.Garlic, minced
1Tbsp.Ginger, minced
3Tbsp.Scallions, sliced thin
3Tbsp.Tamari
4CupsBeef Broth
1(10 oz.) packageSoba Noodles, cooked
8slicesRoast Beef, cooked rare and sliced thin
White Onion, sliced, for garnish
Green Bell Pepper, sliced, for garnish
Pickled Ginger, for garnish

Instructions:
Add sunflower oil to a medium-sized saucepan. Quickly sauté the garlic and ginger over medium-high heat until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Add the scallions and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
Pour in Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes and tamari. Reduce slightly, about 5 minutes. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 8 minutes.
Pour broth over soba noodles and garnish with roast beef, onion, pepper, and pickled ginger.
