A comfort food classic that is great for feeding a large crowd, Manicotti combines Dei Fratelli Traditional Pasta Sauce, manicotti pasta, and ricotta and mozzarella cheeses to create this tasty and satisfying meal.
- 1 (24 oz.) jar Dei Fratelli Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) package Manicotti Pasta
- 1 (16 oz.) container Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup White Onion, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Spinach, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced

Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large pot, cook manicotti pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, mix ricotta, mozzarella, egg, onion, spinach, parmesan, and garlic together in a medium sized bowl.
Once the pasta is cooked and cooled, fill manicotti with the cheese mixture.
In a shallow baking dish, pour half of Dei Fratelli Traditional Pasta Sauce so that it covers the bottom of the dish. Arrange manicotti over the sauce. Pour the remaining sauce over the pasta. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Garnish with more parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley. Mix up the flavor by using any of the Dei Fratelli Pasta Sauces!
