Fire Roasted Tomato and Maple Pumpkin Soup combines your favorite fall ingredients to create this flavorful soup. Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup mix in your blender and are simmered to create this tasty soup that will become a fall tradition.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 1/2 Cups Vegetable Stock
  • 1/2 Cup White Onion, diced
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Granulated Onion
  • 2 tsp. Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth.
  • Transfer to a medium pot annd simmer for 8-10 minutes over medium heat.

Make a big batch of this soup ahead of time and freeze it.  Feed those surprise guests without breaking a sweat.
