Take a trip with our Portuguese Style Gazpacho.  Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, green bell peppers, cucumbers, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley create this summertime favorite that will have you ready for more authentic flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 2 Tbsp. White Onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until slightly chunky.

Chef's Tip:

Pour over red skin potatoes for a fun twist on potato salad!
