Ingredients

  • 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes drained, reserve juice
  • 1/3 Cup Red Onion diced
  • 1/4 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. Reserved Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp. Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Ginger Puree
  • 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/2 medium Lime zested and juiced

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a large food processor. Pulse until the salsa is ground down and all pieces are uniform in size.
  • Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.

Notes

A great dip to use with sweet potato fries or chips!
