Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Kalamata Olives roughly chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Mint chopped
  • 6 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
