Lasagna Dip
Cheesy and delicious, Lasagna Dip creates a harmony of 4 different cheeses with Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup. Adding red pepper flakes and fresh parsley make this dip a fan-favorite for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup
- 1 1/2 Cups Sweet Italian Sausage
- 3/4 Cup Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Basil
- 1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- Fresh Parsley chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a sauté pan, cook sausage over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside to slightly cool.
- In a medium bowl, mix Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup, cottage cheese, ricotta, parmesan, spices, and 2 cups of mozzarella. Add cooled sausage and combine well.
- Pour into a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
Cook lasagna noodles, cut into small squares or triangles, and deep fry to make chips for dipping!
