Cheesy and delicious, Lasagna Dip creates a harmony of 4 different cheeses with Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup. Adding red pepper flakes and fresh parsley make this dip a fan-favorite for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sweet Italian Sausage
  • 3/4 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Dried Basil
  • 1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a sauté pan, cook sausage over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.  Drain and set aside to slightly cool.
  • In a medium bowl, mix Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup, cottage cheese, ricotta, parmesan, spices, and 2 cups of mozzarella.  Add cooled sausage and combine well.
  • Pour into a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.  Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.  Garnish with parsley.

Chef's Tip:

Cook lasagna noodles, cut into small squares or triangles, and deep fry to make chips for dipping!
