Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes drained
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 lb. Garlic Sausage chopped
  • 1 Cup Yellow Onion chopped
  • 1 Cup Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Cup Yellow Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Cup Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Salt

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add sausage, onion, and green peppers.  Cover and cook until meat is browned and onions are translucent, about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, remaining peppers, paprika, and salt. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

Notes

Serve over your choice of rice.
