Black Bean N’ Corn Guacamole
Ingredients
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes drained and rinsed
- 3 Small Avocados
- 2 Tbsp. Black Beans rinsed
- 2 Tbsp. Corn rinsed
- 2 Tbsp. White Onion minced
- 1 tsp. Cilantro chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh of the avocados. Use a fork to smash up the avocado to desired texture.
- Add remaining ingredients and combine well.
