Tomato Caesar Dressing
The best dressing for any salad, our Tomato Caesar Dressing is the perfect addition to make any salad great. Made with Dei Fratelli Crushed Tomatoes, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese, this dressing is a favorite low-sodium dressing that doesn’t compromise on flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 1/3 Cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup + 2 tsp. Garlic minced
- 1/4 Cup + 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 Cup + 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup + 2 tsp. Egg Whites pasteurized
- 7/8 Cup Water
- 7/8 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 3/4 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 3/4 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 3/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine Dei Fratelli Crushed Tomatoes and olive oil over medium heat. Whisk the mixture until it comes together and bubbles at a steady simmer, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to come to room temperature.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a food processor. Mix until egg whites cause the mixture to become frothy.
- While still mixing, slowly incorporate tomato mixture into a food processor, a few drops at a time. Continue mixing until a creamy dressing is formed.
Notes
If necessary, adjust flavor with more lemon juice and black pepper. Try it on your salad or as a dip for veggies and low-fat chips.
