Thai Chili Sauerkraut
This plant-based salad adds some tang and spice to your lunch routine. Thai Chili Sauerkraut adds Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, Thai chili, peanuts, and lime juice for a tasty side dish or quick lunch.

Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can Silver Fleece Sauerkraut
- 4 Tbsp. Cilantro chopped
- 4 tsp. Lime Juice
- 4 tsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Thai Chili minced with seeds
- 2 tsp. Ginger Puree
- 1/2 Cup Peanuts roasted and smashed
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve.
Notes
Substitute serrano pepper or roasted smashed cashews.
