Spinach Dip
A crowd-favorite, this Spinach Dip is made using Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery, & Peppers, goat cheese, and baby spinach. Perfect for game-night snacking or as an appetizer before dinner!
Servings 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery, & Peppers drained
- 1 (8 oz.) package Light Cream Cheese
- 1 (4.5 oz.) package Goat Cheese
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 (10 oz.) package Fresh Baby Spinach roughly chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, add cream cheese and goat cheese. Melt for 5 minutes over medium-low heat, or until cheese can be easily mixed together.
- Add Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery & Peppers and parmesan. Continue mixing another 5 minutes, mixing continuously.
- Gradually add spinach and continue cooking another 15 minutes, or until spinach is completely wilted, stirring continuously. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or toasted bread.
