Sausage & Beer Cheese Dip
Warm and cheesy, Sausage Beer Cheese Dip creates a gooey appetizer with Dei Fratelli Chopped Tomatoes with Onion & Garlic, sausage, and cheddar cheese. This dip will please everyone at your family gathering for the big game!

Ingredients
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans Dei Fratelli Chopped Tomatoes with Onion & Garlic drained and rinsed
- 1 lb. Sausage ground
- 1 (8 oz.) package Cream Cheese softened
- 4 Cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 Cup Beer of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a medium saucepan, cook sausage until brown, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a food processor or blender, combine cream cheese, 2 cups cheddar cheese, and beer. Pour mixture into a large bowl.
- Fold in Dei Fratelli Chopped Tomatoes with Onion & Garlic, remaining cream cheese, and cooked sausage. Add mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Notes
Serve with corn chips, crispy bread, or fresh vegetables!
