Quick Sauerkraut Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can Silver Fleece Sauerkraut drained
  • 7 oz. Kielbasa sliced
  • 1 1/2 Cups Russet Potatoes small diced
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 tsp. Caraway Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. Granulated Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large sauté pan, cook kielbasa pieces until crispy, about 5 minutes. Set aside on a paper towel to remove grease.
  • Add diced potatoes to pan and sear outside over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and add water and caraway seeds. Simmer and reduce, about 6 minutes.
  • Add Silver Fleece Sauerkraut and seasonings. Heat through, about 2 more minutes. Serve with kielbasa on top.

Notes

Garnish with sliced chives.
