Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large bowl, mix
Dei Fratelli Tomato Juice
, brown sugar, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla. Set aside.
In a second large bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix until well blended.
Slowly add the flour mixture into the tomato juice mixture. Keep mixing until all dry ingredients are mixed with wet ingredients.
Add the rolled oats and chocolate chips. Mix together until well incorporated.
In a greased 9×13 pan, add the brownie batter until evenly spread. Bake for 25 minutes.
Chef's Tip:
For added sweetness, sprinkle powdered sugar on top once the brownies are cooled.
