Our Spinach, Mushroom, and Prosciutto Pizza with Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce, pre-baked crust, and mozzarella cheese make this the perfect way to sneak in veggies on pizza night!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Pre-Baked Pizza Crust
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Prosciutto, chopped
  • 1 Cup Baby Spinach, fresh

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 F.
  • Brush pizza crust with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with garlic powder. Spread Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce on top, leaving room around the edges for a crust.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, prosciutto, and spinach. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
