Spaghetti and Mini "Meatball" Mug

Spaghetti made right in your microwave! Our Spaghetti and Mini "Meatball" Mug mixes Dei Fratelli Italian Sauce, plant-based meatballs, and spaghetti for this quick and easy dinner for movie night!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Italian Sauce
  • 4 oz. Plant-Based Ground Meat Alternative, rolled into 12 small balls
  • 1 Cup Spaghetti, cut down and ready to use
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 4 Tbsp. Plant-Based Parmesan Cheese
  • Nonstick Cooking Spray, as needed

Instructions:

  • Lightly spray the inside of 4 large mugs. Place 3 meatballs in the bottom of each mug.
  • Gently place the spaghetti in the mugs on top of the meatballs.
  • Pour 2 Tbsp. of water and evenly add Dei Fratelli Italian Sauce to each mug.
  • Cover the top of each mug and microwave at 80% power for 90 seconds.
  • Carefully unwrap and stir the spaghetti. Cover and microwave an additional 30 seconds at 80% power.
  • Carefully peel back the wrap and stir the spaghetti again. Add the cheese and cover the mugs. Microwave one last time for 60 seconds at 80% power.
  • Uncover and let sit for 3 minutes. Spaghetti will be very hot, allow to cool before enjoying.

Chef's Tip:

Substitute the spaghetti with angel hair pasta or linguini!
