Our Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan is the perfect and easy way to add some new flavors to pasta night while satisfying those picky eaters. Made with Dei Fratelli Crushed Tomatoes with Basil & Herbs, Italian breadcrumbs, and breaded chicken breasts, this dinner is made to please everyone at the table.
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Crushed Tomatoes with Basil & Herbs
- 1/4 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup White Onion , diced
- 1/2 Cup Red Bell pepper, diced
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 4 Breaded Chicken Breast Tenderloins, frozen, fully cooked
- 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated

In a 4-quart slow cooker, mix together Dei Fratelli Crushed Tomatoes with Basil & Herbs, breadcrumbs, onion, red pepper, and chicken broth.
Place the chicken tenderloins into the mixture and stir until evenly coated. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
Remove lid and cover mixture evenly with mozzarella slices. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top, re-cover, and cook an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Serve over your favorite pasta or rice, or on a slice of toasted Italian bread.
