Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a medium saucepan, cook sausage until brown, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.
In a food processor or blender, combine cream cheese, 2 cups cheddar cheese, and beer. Pour mixture into a large bowl.
Fold in Dei Fratelli Chopped Tomatoes with Onion & Garlic, remaining cream cheese, and cooked sausage. Add mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
