Hot queso right from your microwave, Plant-Based Microqueso combines Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes, plant-based cheese, and green chilies in your favorite mug for a cheesy and delicious snack or appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 Cup Plant-Based White Cheese Block, cubed
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Green Chilies

Instructions:

  • Combine all the ingredients into two large mugs. Cover mugs tightly.
  • Cook in microwave on power 7 for 1 minute.  Carefully peel back the wrap and stir.  Cover again and cook for 30 seconds on power 7.  Stir.
  • Uncover and let sit for 3 minutes.
  • Queso may be very hot. Allow to cool before enjoying.

Chef's Tip:

Pair with your chips of choice, or try with fresh sliced bell peppers.
