Try pizza a whole new way with Pierogi Pizza. Made with Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, a pre-baked pizza crust, mashed potatoes, and mozzarella cheese this pizza creates a Polish and Italian fusion of flavors.

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 500 F.
Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until onions are tender about 5 minutes. Set aside.
Spread mashed potatoes on pizza, leaving room at the edges for crust. Top with
Silver Fleece Sauerkraut
, onions, and garlic.
Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over pizza and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
