Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Mix cornbread according to package instructions.
Blot minced Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes with paper towel to remove as much moisture as possible. Fold into cornbread mix. Add mix to a greased muffin pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
