Mango Black Bean Salsa combines the traditional flavors of a black bean salsa with the fruitiness of fresh mango! Black beans are mixed with Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes, fresh mango, and red onion to make your favorite salsa a little better!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes, drained, rinsed, and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Mango, small diced
  • 1/2 Cup Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tbsp. Red Bell Pepper, small diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Red Onion, small diced
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Lemon Juice, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.

This recipe tastes great year-round with frozen and thawed mango!
