Make the best Hawaiian Pizza Sliders with Hawaiian rolls, ham, mozzarella, and Dei Fratelli pizza sauce. An easy baked slider recipe perfect for parties, dinners, and game day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce, divided
  • 2 (12 oz.) packages Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 24 slices Deli Ham
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Cut both sheets of rolls in half horizontally to create top and bottom buns. Place bottoms into two 9x13 baking pans.
  • Sprinkle 3/4 cup mozzarella on each bottom half of the rolls. Layer 12 slices of ham on top of the cheese. Top with 1/2 can of Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce and another 3/4 cup mozzarella on each sheet. Cover with tops of the rolls.
  • Try them with pineapple slices for a true Hawaiian pizza, or make them your own by filling them with different pizza toppings!
  • Melt butter in a small bowl. Combine with Italian seasoning, garlic, and parmesan cheese. Brush tops of the buns evenly with the butter mixture.
  • Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with remaining Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce for dipping!

Chef's Tip:

What sauce works best for pizza sliders?
A rich, smooth pizza sauce with balanced tomato flavor works best for Hawaiian Pizza Sliders. Dei Fratelli pizza sauce adds authentic pizza flavor that pairs perfectly with ham, pineapple, and mozzarella cheese.
How do you keep pizza sliders from getting soggy?
Avoid overloading the rolls with sauce. Baking uncovered during the final minutes also helps create crispy tops and prevents sogginess.
What cheese is best for Hawaiian Pizza Sliders?
Mozzarella cheese is the most popular option because it melts beautifully and creates the classic pizza flavor. You can also add provolone or parmesan for extra flavor.
Can I make Hawaiian Pizza Sliders ahead of time?
Yes. You can assemble the sliders several hours ahead of time and refrigerate them until ready to bake. Add the buttery topping just before baking for the best texture and flavor.
