Fire Roasted Tomato & Feta Guacamole add Greek influence to your favorite dip! Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes, fresh avocado, olives, and feta cheese make this dip irresistible.

Ingredients:

For the Fire Roasted Tomato:

For the Guacamole:

  • 3 small Avocados
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice, fresh
  • 2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  • Combine Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes, olives, and olive oil. Mix well and set aside.
  • Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh of the avocados.  Use a fork to smash to desired texture. Add lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.  Combine well.
  • Spread guacamole in a thin layer in a large, shallow bowl, leaving a slight hole in the center.  Fill the hole with the tomato mixture and top dish with feta cheese.

Try it with fresh veggies, veggie chips, or pita bread!
