Who says you can't have it all? Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Pizza Sauce, plant-based cheese and pepperoni, and pasta noodles combine to create a pizza infused pasta salad, perfect for any picnic!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Banana Pepper, diced
  • 3/4 Cup Black Olives, pitted and sliced
  • 3/4 Cup Plant-Based Sausage, cooked and sliced
  • 1 1/2 Cups Plant-Based Mini Tortellini, cooked and chilled
  • 3/4 Cup Green Bell Peppers, diced
  • 3 Basil Leaves, torn

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients, except basil.
  • Garnish with torn basil leaves before serving.

This makes a filling and easy lunch at work, or a new picnic favorite at the park!
