Ingredients:
1(27 oz.) canSilver Fleece Sauerkraut, drained, rinsed, and squeezed dry
2(8 oz.) packagesCream Cheese, softened
1CupMayonnaise
2/3CupThousand Island Dressing
1/2 lb.Turkey Pastrami, roughly chopped
1/2lb.Swiss Cheese, grated
1CupBaby Kosher Dill Pickles, drained, chopped
1 lb.Round Loaf Pumpernickel / Rye Bread, about 8" in diameter

Instructions:
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and thousand island dressing and beat with a hand mixer until fairly smooth.
Fold in, Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, pastrami, cheese, and dill pickles with a spatula. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Hollow out the bread and line with plastic wrap. Cut bread that was removed into wedges to use for dipping. Place the dip inside the hollowed bread and serve.
Chef's Tip:
Garnish with caraway seeds for a boost in flavor. Serve with additional rye bread or crackers.
