Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained and rinsed
  • 4 Cups Quinoa, cooked
  • 1 Cup Cashews, toasted and chopped
  • 1 Cup Yellow Bell Pepper, medium diced
  • 1/2 Cup Roasted Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1/4 Cup Peas
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 3 tsp. Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
