A family staple, Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup adds substance to a traditional tomato soup. Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup acts as a base for tortellini, basil, and parmesan cheese to create this delicious family favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 (10.75 oz.) cans Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) package Tortellini Pasta
  • 2 3/4 Cups Low-Fat Milk
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Basil, dried and crushed
  • Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Instructions:

  • In a large pot, cook tortellini according to package instructions.  Drain.
  • In a medium pot, combine cooked tortellini, Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup, milk, salt, and basil. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.  Garnish with parmesan cheese.

Chef's Tip:

Substitute milk for oat milk for added plant-based creaminess.
